Service status
Manilune is in development. Personal try-ons and purchases are closed. This notice describes the designed experience and its limits; production processing has not yet been validated.

Photos on your iPhone
Exploration and preparation do not automatically upload photos to AI. The code provides protected local storage, in-app deletion and removal of personal metadata from input photos before transfer. Exporting to Photos or another app creates a separate copy.
Separate consent
The planned generation flow sends one hand photo and one inspiration through our server to OpenAI. Versioned consent is separate from Photos permission and can be withdrawn for future requests. Withdrawal cannot recall an upload that has already happened.
Service data
The backend is designed to process pseudonymous identifiers, authentication and anti-abuse evidence, consent, jobs, purchases, credits and optional feedback. Apple and RevenueCat support purchase verification; Manilune does not receive card details.
Retention and limits
Backend tests target a maximum of 24 hours for temporary images, earlier deletion after retrieval, and 90 days for comments. Remote purge and backup behavior must be validated before opening. Transactions require a separate retention period, to be finalized against applicable obligations.
OpenAI
Deleting an image from our server does not immediately delete it from OpenAI. Its API documentation describes abuse-monitoring logs that may retain content for up to 30 days, with exceptions. store:false is not Zero Data Retention. We do not claim to have a Zero Data Retention agreement.
Analytics and secondary use
Manilune does not plan behavioral advertising, session replay or advertising use of photos. Photos, free-text feedback, secrets and private contact details are excluded from analytics events. Production PostHog collection is not enabled at this stage.

For access, correction or deletion requests, email [email protected]. Verification will be limited to necessary information. Legal bases, transfers, financial retention and publisher disclosures must be finalized before public launch.
