Data and deletion
Local gallery
Saved results can be deleted in My looks. Copies exported to Photos or shared must be managed separately in the destination app. Local deletion does not remove a copy already received by another person.
Account and server
The planned settings flow supports data and account deletion and stops new jobs. Minimal financial records may still be needed for accounting, refunds and duplicate prevention. Retention periods and their legal basis must be finalized before opening.
Temporary photos
The tested target is a purge within 24 hours, earlier after retrieval where possible. A failure before delivery must have an explicit remedy. Installing and monitoring the remote purge is a condition of launch.
Consent and subscription
Withdrawing consent prevents future uploads but cannot recall a photo already sent. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Apple, RevenueCat and OpenAI also apply their own data rules.
